South Loop / Near South Side – Historically African American with influx of new, middle-class professionals. Neighborhood is dominated by Mercy Hospital, McCormick Place, Lake Meadows housing and potential venues for Chicago 2016 Olympics.Intern Position:
Community outreach worker – Intern would represent Trinity Church and work with community groups (community policing, summer street fair, etc.) to contribute to the spiritual and community health on Chicago’s near south side.Special Skills Needed:
